Lee and I have known each other a long time. We’d see each other around the scene and then he got together with Ashley Ingram and Errol Kennedy to form Imagination. We finally collaborated on the song Wishing Well. I had come up with the chorus but was stuck with where to take it. So I rang him up and he said send it over. He loved it. When we were in the studio, one of the first things I asked him was how he got that fabulous sound on the BVs. He told me and I’ve used the technique ever since. We worked well together, it was a great session and the track on the album is my version of it.
